Order & Quote Policies
THE FOLLOWING IS VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION. PLEASE READ.
ALL ORDERS PLACED ARE CUSTOM ORDERS. CUSTOM-MADE ITEMS ARE NOT ABLE TO BE RETURNED, EXCHANGED, OR REFUNDED. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
MERCHANDISE: At Awesome Graphics, we strive to provide 100% customer satisfaction on every order. By supplying the products that we decorate for you, we can ensure this is possible.
Over the last 12+ years, we created relationships with suppliers that provide a large selection of excellent products. Ordering your products from our suppliers helps us easily replace damaged products, gives you the lowest possible price, and ensures your satisfaction through our entire decoration process.
If a product we supplied becomes damaged during production, we replace it at no cost to you. However, when you provide items for us to print on, they may become damaged at your expense. Because of this risk, we do not accept customer-provided products (sorry, there are no exceptions).
Don't hesitate to get in touch with us, and we will be happy to find a product from our suppliers that will fit your needs. Thank you for thinking of us for your project.
MARKETING: Your order may be posted online and to social media for marketing purposes unless you notify us otherwise.
All artwork created by Awesome Graphics shall remain the exclusive property of Awesome Graphics unless otherwise agreed upon. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
We will not use Copyrighted/trademarked artwork without proper authorization under any circumstance.
Awesome Graphics will not start artwork, design, and proofs until an order is placed. An order does not proceed until we have received a commitment to purchase (You must provide a 50% deposit or a purchase order). After receiving your commitment to purchase, you should receive an art proof in two to five working days under normal circumstances.
SHOWROOM: Our showroom is full of a large selection of polos, caps, tees, and many other items for you to look at, feel, and try on at no cost to you.
RETURNABLE SAMPLES: Because we want our customers to be happy with the products they receive. We are always happy to order samples before we process your order.
Most of our vendors will allow us to return clean, unaltered garments in a timely manner. However, any samples taken away from Awesome Graphics property must return within one week. If garments are not returned within one week or are returned soiled or dirty, you may be billed for the cost of the garments, regardless of if you place an order.
RESTOCKING FEES AND SHIPPING CHARGES: If you do not place an order or order the sample products on your order, you may be charged a 20% restock fee and charged for any shipping fees incurred.
REBATE BACK TO LARGE ORDER: If you need to order a range of sample sizes to help your group order the correct sizes, that is not a problem. We will order your sample sizes, and you may pick up the samples after they arrive. Use the samples to make sure your group orders the correct sizes and return the samples within one week. If you order the same sizes, colors, and styles that were ordered as a sample, any sample fees may be related to your order if you choose to use the same style, color, and sizes that were ordered as samples.
All artwork is to be approved by digital proof through email or by coming into the shop. You must check artwork for spelling, color, sizes ordered, placement/size of the artwork, and overall accuracy.
It is essential to look over every detail of your order, as this is exactly how it will be produced. We will not accept responsibility for corrections not implemented and/or requested after artwork approval. Any modification requested after customer approval will result in production delays and additional expenses for which Awesome Graphics will invoice the client accordingly.
Additionally, any delays in the approval process longer than 24 hours after Awesome Graphics sent the proof can/will result in production delays. Awesome Graphics does try and catch mistakes ahead of time; however, we will not be responsible if your proof is approved with errors.
ART PROOF CHARGES
Initial Art Proof: FREE
1st Revision (of Initial Art Proof): FREE
Additional Revisions: $10 Each
You are responsible for any typographical and image errors that are approved. No changes will be made after approval. Please review the choices below and pick one!
If you do not like any of the choices, please decline the entire proof. If you like one but want changes select the one you like, decline it, and tell us what you want to be changed.
We will produce your order exactly as it is when you approve it.
When a quote has been sent, we will not proceed until your approval has been given for the quote. Any changes such as quantities, product styles, etc., made to your order should be communicated directly by phone or email before order approval. We will send an updated quote with any changes.
After the quote has been approved, we will request a commitment to purchase (You must provide a 50% deposit or a purchase order as your commitment to purchase) unless you are on credit terms.
When we receive your deposit or purchase order, we will begin processing your order.
IN-HANDS DATES: If you have a firm in-hands date for your order, please let us know as soon as you request a quote or place your order.
CHANGES AFTER ORDER IS PLACED: Processing your order involves time and labor. If the order is modified after approval, additional charges may apply, and the quote will be invalid. If the order is canceled after processing has begun, we will send an invoice for the time, and labor lost because of the order. In addition, restocking fees may apply for any items purchased for your order.
PRODUCTION TIMELINE: Most orders are ready for pickup in approximately TEN to FIFTEEN working days. This is typically two to three weeks, but holidays may add time.
SHIPPING: A benefit of ordering from Awesome Graphics is that our vendors usually offer free shipping if we place a large enough order. Your order helps others receive free shipping and vice versa. However, if we must order your items from an uncommon vendor, a shipping charge may occur and be passed on to you.
Delays in art approval, product availability, shipping delays, backorders, and other situations may postpone the production of your order. Unfortunately, many of these situations are out of our control, but we will do our best to communicate these problems as they arise.
Timelines are based upon shipping, product availability, and productions schedules. ADDITIONAL CHARGES MAY APPLY FOR FASTER PRODUCTION TIMES.
Our standard production times and policies do not allow for preproduction samples. If you wish to see a physical printed sample of your items, a minimum $100 setup fee will apply. Any applicable digitizing or setup charges will also be charged on the preproduction sample invoice. Also, this will increase our standard production time. You will be liable for any additional labor because of the preproduction samples.
